Personal statement
"In May 1996, Lia Clark graduated with a bachelor degree in Athletic Training and Holistic Health from Metropolitan State College. Upon graduating she began working as a Clinical Exercise Specialist and Physical Therapist Assistant: designing exercise rehabilitation programs. While gaining experience she became certified as a personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise. At that point she became successfully involved with a company sell sport therapeutic products, giving her additional experience in prevention and treatment of sport related injuries. In May 1999, she reassessed her professional career and decided that her true passion was working with people on a more individualized level. She decided to expand her opportunities and moved to New York in July 1999. She quickly became established as a personal trainer at a local club and has also found great success doing in-home training sessions. Lia is the perfect trainer for anyone who is new to working out or someone who likes to be pushed."
