"Hello and thanks for stopping by. For those of you who are familiar with me, I appreciate your support. For those of you who are not, please allow me the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm what you would call the quintessential gym rat. I've been involved in weight resistance training since I was twelve. I've participated in practically every sport under the sun (Football, Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Baseball, Basketball, Boxing, Surfing, Mountain Climbing, Jui Jitzu, Cycling, Swimming, Golf and I'm sure their are others). Some I perfected while others I'm a hack. --- I earned a full athletic scholarship for football and continued playing in Europe. I've developed, experimented and devised a number of successful training methods and techniques. I've been fortunate to learn from many of the world's top experts in all fields of training, supplementation and nutrition. For more details of my experience and certifications click here.
